Who we are

SmokeLess is operated by Seedcraft Ventures Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. References to "SmokeLess", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to Seedcraft Ventures Ltd trading as SmokeLess.

What SmokeLess is

SmokeLess is a mobile application that helps people reduce smoking through a mindful haptic ritual. It is not a medical device, not a clinical cessation programme, and not a substitute for professional medical advice. It is a tool to help you feel more in control. SmokeLess is an independent product built and maintained by a small team. The service is provided as-is and may change or evolve as we learn what users need.

Health disclaimer

If you have any health concerns related to smoking, nicotine dependence, or any other medical condition, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional. By using SmokeLess you acknowledge that it is a behavioural support tool and not a medical intervention.

Your account

• Age. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Accuracy. Please provide accurate information when registering. Your email address must be real.
• Security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us immediately.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal. You cannot sell, transfer, or share your account with anyone else.
• Deletion. You can delete your account at any time. We delete your data within 30 days, subject to the exceptions in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and payments

• SmokeLess offers a free tier and a paid Plus tier. Pricing is shown clearly at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.
• Founder's Access lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charge. Once purchased, access does not expire.

What is not allowed

• Illegal content. Anything that violates UK law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Hateful content. Content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Harassment. Targeted abuse, threats, or intimidation of any person.
• Sexual content involving minors. Absolutely prohibited. We will report this to the relevant authorities.
• Spam and manipulation. Unsolicited promotion, artificial engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Impersonation. Claiming to be another person, creator, or organisation.

Our intellectual property

The SmokeLess name, logo, design, code, and any original content we create are owned by Seedcraft Ventures Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from SmokeLess's design or interface without our written permission. Linking to SmokeLess is fine and encouraged.

Availability and warranties

SmokeLess is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make any warranties about reliability, accuracy, or availability. We will do our best to keep things running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever shut down SmokeLess entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedcraft Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SmokeLess. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or £25. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Termination

You can stop using SmokeLess and delete your account at any time, no explanation needed. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. In serious cases we may act without warning. In less serious cases, we will try to contact you first.

Changes to these terms

When we make material changes, we will notify active users by email before the change takes effect. Minor updates will show a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use SmokeLess after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
